GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD RECIPE:
1/2 cup butter
1 c sugar
2 eggs
4 bananas
1 1/2 cup regular or gluten free flour (yes, it will work the same for this recipe)
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
As many chocolate chips as you’d like!
DIRECTIONS
1. Cream together butter & sugar. Add eggs & bananas, and mix well.
2. Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Add this to the previous mixture along with your vanilla and chocolate chips.
3. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
